Total scam. They are simply a conduit to the manufacturers. No inventory, so everything is back-ordered. Tried to convince me to take a credit on an item that would not ship for 2.5 months. Avoid at all costs!!

I spent months looking for the perfect, small, round table with a user friendly surface. I was thrilled to find this unusual tulip table with a brass bottom and stone top. The packing was phenomenal and the shipping seamless. It looks better in person than on line!

Great products, service, prices and follow through

Purchased a Laurel Side Table (Charcoal) from Kathy Kuo Home. The table is incredibly well built and has a very professional flawless finish. Actually, the wood is super dense and surprisingly quite heavy.

Great service! Took a little long for delivery but that’s expected because of Covid. My chandelier is gorgeous and came nicely packaged to prevent damage. Cannot wait to get it hung!! Beautiful!

The concrete end tables I purchased arrived extremely well packed and in perfect condition. It did take 2 months to get them, but since they are made in Vietnam, I wasn't surprised. Kathy Kuo Home was also quick to answer my emails about delivery updates. The tables were well worth the wait! Gorgeous!

Loving all the furniture pieces on your website and the interior designer being on hand to answer questions regardless of query type is both innovative and helpful, especially in these times of instant access.
However - the shipping process is not as exciting - it’s not clear how long the lead times are, the updates are confusing and changed a few times and right now I’m not comfortable placing more orders as I’ve no guarantee when I’ll receive the pieces.

I can't tell you how helpful Dawn was in my matter. She took all the time needed to work with us about our issue and make sure it was resolved in the absolute best way possible. She deserves a raise!!!!!

They worked with me on a return and credited me before I actually returned it so I could buy something else on their site while it was on sale. Nice that they worked with me on that. It took about two and a half weeks to get an answer, perhaps due to response from manufacturer on the return, but it all worked out perfectly. Thanks Kathy Koa!
